OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil, drain off and retain the cook juices, add sauce sachet to the cook juices and combine. Gently shred the meat with two forks and add the sauce, mix through and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Remove and serve. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
