OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty the contents of the pouch into a suitably sized ovenproof dish, cover with foil, and place into the oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil, and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Shred the beef using two forks whilst mixing through the cooking juices. Stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with the spiced mango sauce. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
