Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. If the breast browns too quickly cover with foil. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 1 hour 50 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
