OVEN HEAT. …Preheat oven. Empty the contents of the bag into a small ovenproof dish leaving the sachet of sauce to one side. Remove any larger fat pieces. Cover with foil. Cook for 30 minutes. After 10-15 minutes break up the meat, cover and return to the oven for the remaining cooking time. Remove foil, drain off and retain the cooking juices. Carefully shred the pieces of meat. Add the sauce and 4 tbsp (approximately 60ml) cooking juices, mix through the meat and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
