Authentic Italian gelato

Hackney Gelato was founded by two chefs who grew up in Italy, and fine-tuned their flavours in East London (where it is still made in small batches today). The master gelatieri of Sicily taught them the importance of real ingredients and traditional show churning techniques. Proper gelato uses more milk and less cream than ice cream - meaning the authentic flavour of the ingredients can be tasted more intensely.
