350g sweet potato, peeled and coarsely grated • 1 bunch salad onions, finely chopped • 75g self-raising flour • 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika • ½ tsp garlic granules • ½ x 250g pack halloumi, coarsely grated • 5 British Blacktail Large Free Range Eggs • 1 tbsp coconut oil  • 1 extra-large avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve (optional)
