2 tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • Pinch salt • 400g can Cirio Pelati Peeled Plum Tomatoes • Pinch caster sugar • Pinch chilli flakes • 500g pack British turkey thigh mince • 1 small onion, coarsely grated • 1 carrot, coarsely grated • ½ lemon, finely grated zest • Grating fresh nutmeg • 2 x 250g packs ready cooked quinoa • 300g green beans, trimmed • 10 basil leaves, finely shredded
