Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut each pepper half into 3-4 pieces and put in a bowl. Toss with oil, then tip onto a roasting tray. Roast for 25-30 minutes until softened. Reduce the oven temp to 180°C. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni for 7-9 minutes, adding the broccoli for the final 3 minutes. Drain, refresh under cold water and drain again. Tip into the bowl along with the peppers.
