Frozen Passionfruit & Peach Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

500g tub fat-free natural yogurt • 2 tbsp clear honey • 4 passion fruit • 2 ripe peaches, stones removed and diced

Step 1

Mix together the yogurt and honey. Scrape the flesh from the passion fruits into the natural yogurt and stir in the diced peach. Transfer to a freeze-proof container and place in the freezer.

Step 2

Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour until firm. If frozen overnight, remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving.
