Mojito - The Cuban Classic

  • Put 2 tsp sugar in a highball glass
  • Add the juice of 1/2 fresh lime and 2 fresh mint sprigs, then muddle together
  • Add 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca rum
  • Fill with ice and top with Schweppes Soda Water
  • Stir and serve with a sprig of mint
