Regular delivery slot: Allows you to add general groceries and/or Food Made To Order items to your order, with a £40 minimum spend. Slots will open from 4 December. You can amend your order up until the day before delivery for grocery items, and until 15 December for Food Made To Order items.
Regular collection slot: Allows you to add general groceries and/or Food Made To Order items to your order, with a £40 minimum spend. You can amend your order up until the day before delivery for grocery items, and until 15 December for Food Made To Order items. On the day of collection, your order will be hand-picked by a Partner and your card will be charged. Head to the designated collection zone in store to pick up your order, ensuring you have your order number, as well as a form of ID (credit card, passport, driving licence or utility bill).
Food Made To Order collection slot: Exclusively for items from our Food Made To Order range, with no minimum spend. You can amend your order up until 15 December. On the day of collection, visit the designated collection zone in store to pick up your order, ensuring you have your order number to hand, as well as a form of ID (credit card, passport, driving licence or utility bill). Then pay for it at the till.
Whichever you choose, remember to check out to secure your slot. For the regular slots, you'll need to add at least £40 of items before checking out, and for our Food Made To Order collection slots (with no minimum spend) you'll just need to add something to your basket in order to check out.
Delivery/collection dates are as follows.
Christmas Food Made to Order items: 20-24 December
New Year’s Eve Food Made to Order items: 29-31 December (please order from our New Year’s Eve range for this specific occasion)
Buffet and party food: 5-31 December
Christmas cakes: 5-24 December
All other Food Made To Order items: subject to the notice period required to prepare them.
All Food Made to Order items, including turkeys and other birds, are guaranteed to last until Christmas Day. However, some are only available for delivery/collection from 22 December, based on the slightly shorter shelf life – so if you wish to order a Food Made To Order item specifically for Boxing Day, we advise selecting a later delivery/collection date.
For a few of our Food Made To Order items, you’ll find an in-store equivalent. However, Food Made To Order items cater for larger serving sizes and, to avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering these. You can always do the rest of your shop when collecting your Food Made To Order in-store!
Unfortunately, Christmas Food Made To Order items are not available for Thanksgiving, but please do order New Year’s Eve Food Made to Order items for your celebrations.
