Preparation and Usage
Wash before use.

Oven cook
Crispy Roast Potatoes1 Wash potatoes before use.2 Peel and cut your potatoes into 2cm cubes.3 Tip the potatoes into a large pan of cold water. Bring to the boil. Drain and leave to steam dry.4 Heat the oven to 220°C/ Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Place the potatoes onto a large baking tray along with garlic cloves, rosemary and oil. Mix thoroughly so each cube is coated in oil.5 Spread the potatoes into a single layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crisp on the outside.
