Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted. As part of our commitment to supply British lamb all year round this product has previously been frozen and defrosted. Further freezing will not affect quality.

Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat, Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. For best results, grill.
Grill (From Chilled)
Medium heat: medium: 14 mins, well done: 16 mins
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on grill pan under a medium heat, turning occasionally. After turning, add the glaze sachet evenly across the steaks during the final 2 minutes of cooking. Leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Shallow Fry (From Chilled)
Medium heat: medium: 14 mins, well done: 16 mins
Remove all packaging. Place the meat into a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning occasionally. After turning, add the glaze sachet evenly across the steaks during the final 2 minutes of cooking. Leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
