180°C. 14 mins. Based on an air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. Preheat air fryer, remove all packaging, and place the sauce and skewer sachets to one side. Place product in air fryer tray and spread out evenly. Program to cook for 10 minutes. Add sauce, and cook for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove the sleeve and film, and place the glaze and skewer sachets to one side. Stand belly squares upright within the foil tray. Place tray into the middle of the oven, and cook for 30 minutes. Remove tray from oven. Open sachet of glaze, pour over the belly squares, and gently stir until evenly coated. Return tray to the middle shelf of the oven for the final 5 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. To serve, place one skewer into each belly bite. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
