Suitable for vegans.Handcrafted exclusively with wine made from English-grown grapes and then lovingly flavoured with predominantly fresh botanicals, most of which we grow ourselves or forage for in East Sussex. This is an award-winning and distinctive style of English vermouth, where the wine is the star of the show. On the nose: Cherries and tonka bean prominent. On the palate: Juicy red fruit slight orange peel and spice light sweetness. Full of flavour, don't be afraid to drink it chilled and neat as a classic aperitif. Alternatively, sweet red vermouth is a staple cocktail - ingredient- in a negroni or with sparkling wine helps keep things simple and delicious.

Preparation and Usage
Fill a tall glass with ice and add 100ml of Semi-Sweet Red Vermouth and 30ml each of dry gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup. Stir. If grapefruit isn't your thing, switch it our for blood orange juice and adjust the sugar syrup to taste.
Alcohol by volume: 16%
