Oven cook
From Frozen
Pre-heat the oven to 150°C / 300°F, gas mark 3. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7 minutes.
Shallow fry
From Frozen
Pre-heat a little oil in a pan, over a low heat. Place the sausages in the pan and fry for 5 minutes, over a low heat, turning occasionally.
