Cooking Instructions (General)
Preparation: May be eaten warm or cold. For best eating quality serve warm. To serve cold: Please remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only.
Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure products are piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook (From Chilled)
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging Including foll tray. To aid release of the frittata from the foil, run a blunt knife around the edge of the foil and push up from underneath. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25 mins

Air Fry (From Frozen)
160°C, 25 mins
