Storage and Usage
Once opened, reclose and store in an airtight container, in ambient conditions. Use within 2 weeks of opening for the best tasting coffee.
Serving/brewing
For espresso:
Place into the hopper of your bean to cup machine or coffee grinder, and follow the machine instructions. We recommend using 16-17g of coffee ground fine to extract in 20-25 seconds, for a 50ml double shot of espresso.
For filter / cafetiere:
Grind the beans to suit your brewing method: medium grind for filter, coarse for cafetiere. Use one rounded dessertspoonful (15g) per cup (250ml) with water just off the boil, and brew following the manufacturer's instructions.
