Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Grill

From Chilled

Medium Heat 15-20 mins. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place in a grill pan, turning frequently to ensure even browning and cooking. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled. For best results, oven cook. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
