Ingredients

  • 50ml amaretto
  • 30ml brandy
  • 75ml double cream
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • No.1 Italian Nougat with Almond & Hazelnut

Method

  1. Pour amaretto, brandy and double cream into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. If you like sweeter drinks, you can also add sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into 2 martini glasses.

  2. To garnish, cut a small slit in two chunks of No.1 Italian Nougat with Almond & Hazelnut and perch on the side of each glass.

Cook’s tip

The nougat wedges lean into the nutty, sweet flavours here, but a cocktail cherry or marzipan fruits on a cocktail stick would also go down a treat.
