Ingredients

  • ½ x 25g pack flat leaf parsley, leaves finely chopped
  • ½ x 25g pack coriander, leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 clove/s garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Chipotle Chilli Flakes
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl, season, mix well and serve alongside steak.
