Ingredients

  • 50ml The Botanist Gin
  • 10ml dry vermouth
  • 5ml elderflower liqueur
  • 1 sprig of mint

Method

  1. For each martini, stir the gin, dry vermouth and elderflower liqueur in a mixing jug with plenty of ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
