Ingredients

  • 60ml Starward Left-Field Single Malt Whisky
  • 20ml stem ginger syrup (from a jar of stem ginger)
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the whiskey, stem ginger syrup and the Angostura Bitters. Stir, then top up with more ice. Garnish with stem ginger.
