35ml Malfy Gin Rosa
25ml white port
10ml lime, juice
25ml cranberry juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 twist of grapefruit peel

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix the gin, white port, lime juice, cranberry juice and sugar syrup. Shake until cold, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
