Ingredients

  • 237g pack No.1 Hand-Stretched Cornish Sea Salt & Rosemary Focaccia
  • 350g g jar Ottolenghi Kalamata Olive & Harissa Sauce
  • 400g can Essential Cannellini Beans In Water
  • 2 tbsp No.1 Natural Strained Greek Yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC gas mark 6 and warm the focaccia according to pack instructions

  2. Combine the sauce and drained beans in a saucepan, then simmer until the beans are piping hot. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar or drizzle of honey to round out the flavours, if needed.

  3. Serve topped with a generous spoonful of yogurt and the bread cut or torn into pieces to serve alongside.
