Hot smoked salmon & green vegetable spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 245g pack peas, cabbage and tenderstem broccoli layers
  • ½ x 500g pack fresh spaghetti
  • 170g tub Waitrose No.1 Watercress Tzatziki
  • 100g pack Scottish hot smoked salmon flakes

Method

  1. Cook the vegetables according to pack instructions, then cut any large pieces of broccoli into bitesized pieces.

  2. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions (freeze the rest for another day).

  3. Scoop out and reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain, return to the pan and toss with the watercress tzatziki, vegetables and salmon, adding a little reserved pasta water to loosen, if needed.

  4. Divide between 2 warmed plates or shallow bowls and top with a generous amount of freshly ground black pepper.
