Ingredients

  • 300ml vodka
  • 3 lemons, juice of 3, slice of 1 to garnish
  • 750ml Asti (or similar sweet sparkling wine)
  • 1 sprig/s lemon thyme

Method

  1. Half fill a large serving jug with ice. Add the vodka and the juice of the lemons, then stir to combine. Add the bottle of Asti or similar sweet sparkling wine (slowly as it will froth) and stir again. Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme and a lemon slice; serve in Champagne flutes.
