Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300g pack essential Waitrose British Beef 20 Meatballs
  • 1 essential Waitrose Carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 235g pack Waitrose Green Pak Choi, shredded
  • 275g pack Waitrose Sweet Chilli Egg Noodles
  • 1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 75g baby corn, halved lengthways
  • 800ml beef stock
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with a lid. Fry the meatballs for 4 minutes. Add the carrot sticks and fry for 1 minute.

  2. Stir in the white parts of the pak choi with the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Check the meatballs are cooked with no pink meat. Add the green parts of the pak choi and heat until just wilted
