Ingredients

  • 4 buttermilk pikelets
  • 15g butter
  • 100g pot Seafood & Eat It Fifty Fifty Crab
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 radishes, finely diced
  • ¼ lemon, juice
  • ¼ x 20g pack chives, finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC, gas mark 4. Place the pikelets on a baking tray and top each with a quarter of the butter. Bake for 5 minutes, then cool slightly and cut into quarters.

  2. Mix the crab with the mayonnaise and the radish. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper. Top the pikelet pieces with the crab mix, then finish with the chives.
