Ingredients

  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ fresh lime, squeezed
  • 1 pack fresh mint
  • 50ml white rum
  • crushed ice
  • soda water

Method

  1. Put the sugar in a highball glass. Add the lime, 2 sprigs of fresh mint and muddle these together.

  2. Add the white rum and then fill the glass with crushed ice, top with soda water and garnish with more mint.
