1 lime, juice of half and wedge
1 small handful pink salt
50ml 1800 Tequila Blanco
1 tsp light agave syrup
50ml red grapefruit juice
60ml soda water

Rub the rim of a highball glass with a halved lime, then dip into pink salt, tapping off any excess. Put the tequila, 1 tsp fresh lime juice, light agave nectar and fresh red grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into the ice filled glass. Top with soda water and stir.
