Ingredients

  • 200ml Biotiful Gut Health Vanilla Dairy Kefir Drink
  • 80g porridge oats
  • 100ml whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 100g Waitrose Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp milled flaxseed
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tbsp pomegranate molasses

Method

  1. The night before, mix the Biotiful Gut Health Vanilla Dairy Kefir Drink with the porridge oats, milk and vanilla bean paste in a non-metallic container. Tip the pomegranate seeds into a sieve over a bowl, then stir the juice collected into the oat mixture; reserve the seeds. Cover and chill overnight.

  2. Next morning, stir the cold milled flaxseed through the oats. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if liked. Top with the reserved pomegranate seeds, the toasted flaked almonds and the pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with the pomegranate molasses and serve straight away.
