Cook the porcini risotto according to pack instructions. When almost ready, stir in the pasta sauce and bring to a gentle simmer. It should be loose and flowing.
Near the end of cooking time, heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy pan and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes, turning halfway, for medium-rare, or to taste. Leave to rest on a plate.
When the risotto is ready and the steaks rested, slice them on an angle against the grain. Serve on pools of risotto, topped with a mound of rocket dressed with a little oil and vinegar.
