Add a little extra va-va-voom to your cheese course with a round of port negronis. The cocktail’s heft makes it a fitting match to the strongest of cheeses, while the port’s sweetness allows the gin’s fragrant botanicals to really sing.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Hendrick’s Gin,
  • 25ml tawny port
  • 25ml Campari
  • 1 slice/s orange

Method

  1. Put the gin, tawny port and Campari in a rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir for 20-30 seconds. Garnish with an orange slice.
