Ingredients

  • 1 pack 2 mini pork pies
  • 160g pack Cornish quartz Cheddar & pickles
  • 300g pack potato & egg salad
  • 2 white sourdough rolls

Method

  1. Cut the pork pies into wedges. Set on a board or plates with the Cheddar and pickles.

  2. Cut the egg halves from the salad into quarters, then halve the cherry tomatoes. Season, then set them near the pork pie wedges.

  3. Dress the remaining salad with the salad cream and tip into another serving bowl, if liked. Split and butter the rolls and serve alongside. Great with English or wholegrain mustard, if liked.
