Ingredients

  • 60ml fresh espresso (or strongly brewed coffee),
  • 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 25ml bourbon
  • 10ml Kahlúa
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • nutmeg, freshly grated

Method

  1. Shake the fresh espresso, Chambord, bourbon (we used Woodford Reserve), Kahlúa and Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add plenty of ice and shake again until very cold. Strain into a martini glass. Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
