Ingredients

  • 50ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum
  • 25ml lime, juice
  • 15ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 1 slice red chilli, 1 whole chilli for garnish
  • 1 egg white

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, 1 small slice red chilli and the egg white. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass; garnish with a red chilli.
