Tinto de verano cocktail

Tinto de verano cocktail

Fancy a change from Pimm’s? Send for this cocktail, which means ‘summer red’ in Spanish. Created by Solis at Battersea Power Station, it goes brilliantly with barbecued steaks, burgers and bangers. Use a full-bodied red wine that can hold its own against the other ingredients.
