Renowned for his classic French cooking and a regular on TV, chef Michel Roux has created an exclusive Christmas menu featuring a luxurious all-butter-pastry-wrapped beef fillet Wellington centrepiece, with the hard work already done.

Angela Hartnett

The chef behind Cafe Murano and co-host of the hit Waitrose podcast, Dish, is known for her simple yet sophisticated approach to Italian cooking. Her easy-to-finish Christmas menu features a crowd-pleasing Italian porchetta, slow-roasted until tender, with crispy crackling.
