30ml Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
50ml pear juice
2 sprig/s thyme, leaves picked
30ml soda water

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir together the vodka, pear juice and the thyme leaves. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water; garnish with a thyme sprig.
