Ingredients

  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 150g essential Waitrose Raw King Prawns
  • 275g sweet chilli egg noodles
  • 200g Waitrose Edamame Bean Salad
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns for 1 minute until pink throughout. Stir in the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  2. Pour in the dressing from the salad. Then add the salad and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Sprinkle over the parsley, and serve.
