3 Cooks' Ingredients Cardamom Pods
125 orange juice
50ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
Cooks' Ingredients Crystallised Stem Ginger to garnish
1 orange twist, to garnish

Flatten 3 Cooks’ Ingredients Cardamom Pods with a knife, add to 125ml orange juice and heat until warm. Cool and strain into a coupe. Add 50ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur and stir.
Garnish with Cooks’ Ingredients Crystallised Stem Ginger and an orange twist. Can be served warm in a heatproof glass.
