Ingredients
- 25ml tequila
- 10ml The King’s Ginger liqueur
- 15ml light agave syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- 60ml sparkling wine
- Grapefruit zest
Method
Shake together thel tequila, ginger liqueur, agave syrup, lime juice and a little grapefruit zest. Pour into a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and serve.
